Mitchell is a serial entrepreneur who has been involved with starting and growing multiple businesses over the years while also advocating for other minority business enterprises. As a Republic Bank “We CARE” award nominee, 2007 Commerce Lexington Minority Business of the Year award winner, and LYPA Rising Star award winner, he is recognized as an innovative solutions provider and his commitment to minority business success is well established. He has worked with prominent organizations including Sovereign Bank, The PGA of America, Flagstar Bank, Brown Forman, Applebee’s, the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS), and others. Mitchell is currently in the Mentor-Protégée Program with Humana Healthcare and serves on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bluegrass.
