Coral comes to ESG with a federal investigative, regulation compliance, and community outreach background. She also has over fifteen years of experience in administrative leadership, executive office management, conference/event planning, executive instructional design, strategic planning, talent acquisition, grant-writing, public speaking. and is bilingual (English/Spanish). Morel is an Americorps VISTA alumna, has served as a CASA volunteer, Upward Bound tutor/mentor, and was part of the American Society of Public Administration Governing Council (ASPA). She has served on the board of directors for ACCESS Soup Kitchen and Men’s Shelter as the Annual Walk Fundraiser Chair since 2019. Morel’s also a member of KIWANIS club of Frankfort, the Urban League of Lexington Young Professionals, and is a 2022 Memorial Foundation Social Justice Fellow.
